Arouse by Musashi is a powdered free form amino acid blend containing the dietary precursors used the production of creatine phosphate. L-Arginine, L-Methionine and Glycine are combined in this pre workout formula with pure Creatine Monohydrate. Power energy relies on the supply of creatine phosphate to working muscles. Creatine Phosphate (CP) regenerates Adenosine Di-Phosphate (ADP) back to Adenosine tri Phosphate (ATP) which is then used by the body to fuel anaerobic energy requirements. Arouse Supplements are best used prior to power based sports or where short sharp power movements are needed and can be used as a replacement to caffeine based pre workout formulas for those sensitive to the effects associated with caffeine use.

Mix 5.4g (approx 1.5 teaspoons) in a small Musashi shaker with 100ml water. Shake well and observe the suspended amino acids and enjoy! Drink 1 serve per day approximately 15 minutes prior to exercise. Product can also be placed on the tongue and washed down.
