Directions: Adults and children over 12 years - For digestion: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, before meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For soft tissue trauma: Take 1 capsule daily, between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years - Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
