Evening Primrose Oil (Rigel) 213mg

equiv Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 24mg

Non Active Ingredients: Tocopherols Concentrate - mixed (low -alpha type), Thyme Oil, Sunflower oil, Lemon oil, Lime oil

DOSE: Adults and Children 5+ years - 10ml morning and evening with food or drink.

Children(2-5 years) - 5ml daily with food or drink.
