Psylliumis a low growing herb native to India, Iran & Pakistan. Psyllium is also known as Plantago Psyllium and Isphagula.

Psyllium Husk is a dietary fibre used to increase stool weight and promote laxation. It must always be taken with plenty of water, at least one full glass. Because of its neutral flavour it may be added to most food dishes.

Directions for Use:
Take 1 teaspoon of psyllium, 2-3 times daily mixed with plenty of water afterwards.
Children: Take half the adult dose.
