Easy and Delicious Berry French Toast
Who said making French toast had to be hard? This recipe will take you just 15 minutes, but make sure you make enough for yourself! It's too good to resist. Because we're using egg whites, this breakfast is high in protein and considering it's deliciousness, relatively healthy (minus the Nutella).
½ cup of egg whites
- 2 tbsp. Stevia
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Bread of choice
Whisk together the egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia until fluffy. Dip the bread into the mixture, making sure the entire piece is covered with the fluffy coating. Place the bread onto a fry pan on medium high heat and fry until golden brown.
Decorate with your mums favourite toppings! We recommend Nutella, berries and sugar free maple syrup and you’re good to go!
