This watermelon mojito mocktail will get you in the festive spirit without needing to consume any spirits at all! INGREDIENTS
- 1 serve of Amino Switch by Switch Nutrition - Watermelon Cooler flavour in a cup of water
- 1 cup of watermelon (chopped)
- 1/2 fresh lime (juiced)
- 5 mint leaves
- Sparkling water
- Crushed ice
OPTIONAL
- Watermelon, mint and lemon for garnish
METHOD
1. Mix the watermelon, Amino Switch by Switch Nutrition, lime juice in a blender until smooth
2. In your glass, muddle 2-3 mint leaves and add in the watermelon mixture
3. Place the crushed ice and top with sparkling water
4. Garnish with a slice of watermelon, remaining mint leaves and slice of lemon
