How to use:
Add 1 level scoop (approx. 25g) in a shaker or blender with 200ml of water or your choice of milk (diary, soy, almond). Shake or blend for 20-30 seconds until mixed.
Maxine's BURN is also delicious blended in smoothies with fresh or frozen fruit, ice and water.
When to take:
For best results take 1-2 serves per day between meals and within 20 minutes after finishing exercise to support fast recovery. Can also be used to replace a meal.
