Comvita Honeygar Apple Cider Vinegar With Manuka Honey
Comvita® Honeygar combines our naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar with New Zealand UMF™ 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey, for added sweetness and better taste.
Unpasteurised, it retains “mother of vinegar”, a natural by-product full of living enzymes. “Mother of vinegar” endows it with a cloudy substance naturally found only in raw, unfiltered organic vinegars.
It contains unique plant phenols naturally present at varying levels in honey made from the nectar of the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), native to New Zealand. Manuka Honey is gaining worldwide recognition for its unique properties.
Comvita® Honeygar can be used in salad dressings or diluted with water to create a refreshing drink.
- To make a healthy and delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita® Honeygar™ with water, adding lemon to taste. In Summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In Winter use warm water.
- To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.
- Shake well before use.
