Vitamin King works very hard to keep stock levels accurate at all times.

To make it easier for you, we have marked all products with an availability status:

Ready to Ship

The selected item is in stock  in low quantities. If you wish to order multiple items (more than 3), please get in touch with our customer service team on 1300 065 818 and we can answer any questions you may have in regards to stock. Generally the order is shipped the same day, providing that the order is palced prior 3pm AEST. 

Low Stock

The selected item is in stock  in low quantities. If you wish to order multiple items (more than 3), please get in touch with our customer service team on 1300 065 818 and we can answer any questions you may have in regards to stock.

Generally the order is shipped the same day, providing that the order is palced prior 3pm AEST. 

Ships in 3-5 days Items marked with this status are currently not in stock, however have been ordered with our supplier and are on their way to our warehouse. There will be a slight delay in dispatching your order.
Awaiting Supplier IThis means that the product is currently out of stock with our supplier and we are awaiting ETA. One of our customer service reps will be in touch with an update once your order has been placed. 

Please note that if your order includes multiple items with different availability status, Vitamin King will contact you via phone or email with an update on the product ETA. The out of stock item won’t be backordered automatically.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS WITH STANDARD SHIPPING?

Average delivery times are usually within 3-5 working days. If you live in a remote/ rural suburb, delivery can take up to 5-10 business days from the day of purchase.

 

WHAT ABOUT EXPRESS?

Average delivery times are usually within 1 business day if you are within the Australia Post Express Network. If you live in a remote/ rural suburb, delivery can take up to 3-5 business days from the day of purchase.

 

WHO WILL DELIVER YOUR ITEMS?

Vitamin King only uses the best courier services to deliver your order, and as fast as possible.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event  you are not home, you can give an 'Authority to Leave' instruction however Vitamin King will accept  no responsibility for items marked 'ATL' and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery.

AUSTRALIA POST UPDATE:

From 2 April 2017, Australia post is updating their signature service to make the delivery experience easier for you.

What does this mean?

Australia Post will still request a signature upon delivery if you are home, however if you are not home, and a safe spot for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave the parcel there so it’s ready and waiting for you when you get home.

The courier will take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely.

If there is no safe place, Australia Post will leave a card as they normally would and take it to the post office for you to pick up and sign for.

Where will the parcel be left?

The best place to leave a parcel is at freestanding properties which are set back from the street.

If Australia Post find a place that isn’t’ visible from the street and is out of the weather for the parcel to be safely delivered. If there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, Australia post will take it to a nearby Post Office.

 

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PARCEL YET?

It is possible that you weren't at home/ work when your order was being delivered.

In most circumstances,

Fastway will leave a calling card and you will be required to call the number on the card in order to organise a time for re-delivery that suits you better. If there is no number visible on the card, please call 02 - 9737 8288 and have your label number ready in order to arrange a re-delivery.

Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be required to pick up your order at the local Post Office.

 

However, if you haven't received a calling card then contacting us is the best next step and we can help locate your parcel.

We do offer international shipping to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and New Zealand. 

 

Returns & Replacements

 Please call us on 1300 065 818 to discuss any returns and/ or replacements.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED STOCK

Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge only if Vitamin King is notified within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Vitamin King, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) (not including the shipping cost) will be given upon its return to the Vitamin King warehouse.

 

Vitamin King will provide a pre-paid return label so you can send it back to us, free of charge.

 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges can only be accepted if:

  • It is within 30 days of receiving goods
  • The product has not been opened or tampered with
  • You will need to pay for the postage back to Vitamin King
  • The warehouse staff will inspect the returned product to verify that the product has not been opened or tampered with

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Have you ordered something and had a change of mind?

As long as the product has not been opened or tampered with, we can exchange the product for something else or even arrange a credit note (for the incorrect item(s) not including the shipping cost) as long as it is within 30 days of delivery.

 

Please also note for Exchanges & Change of mind you are responsible for the postage cost
