Ingredients: Raw Dandelion Root
Directions: In general, herbal beverages can be brewed in a pot in the same manner as ordinary tea. However, to obtain the full benefit and flavour, it is suggested the tea be allowed to stand for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the strength required. Lemon and honey may be added as desired.
Cautions: Dandelion should be taken with caution by persons with gallstones. Dandelion may also cause an overproduction of stomach acid, and therefore should be used with caution by those with ulcers or gastritis.
