We work very hard to keep stock levels as accurate as possible at all times. To make it easier, we have marked products with an availability status so you know when to expect your order or to get information about store stock levels.
Online Stock:
Ready to Ship - This means the selected item is available and ready to be shipped.
Ships in 3 - 5 days - Items that are marked with this status means that we are currently out of stock, however, we have ordered with our supplier and items are on their way to our warehouse. Please be aware there will be a slight delay in dispatching your order.
Out of Stock - Items that have an email form on the page where you can sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock. This means we will be getting stock from the supplier again in short time.
Discontinued - Items that you can not purchase or sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock means the product is permanently discontinued and will not be back in our sotr for sale.
Please note that if you order multiple items with different availability status, Vitamin King will contact you with an update on the product ETA. The out of stock item won’t be back-ordered automatically.
In-Store Stock:
In-Stock - This means the item is available in store to purchase.
Low Stock - The selected item is most likely in stock but in low quantities. It is best advised to contact the store to ensure availability.
Out of Stock - This means the product is not available in the store.
If this is the first time you are logging in to your account on our new website, then we require you to reset your password. Unfortunately due to privacy and security policies, we do not store your password in any by us readable format. Due this your passwords are always protected but as a result we can not migrate passwords from the old site to the new site.
If you still can not login after a password reset, please make sure you are entering your email address and password correctly. Any small typo may prevent you from logging into your account. Also, make sure you do not have the caps lock key on when entering in your password as it is case sensitive.

Via our contact form - this can be used at any time as well, any message you leave will be emailed through to us.

If you have a gift card from a Vitamin King store you can only redeem in-stores. Gift cards bought on Vitamin King website can only be redeemed on our online store. We are working behind the scenes to make sure it possible for you to use your gift card online and in-store.
We do, but we have some conditions...
We must be matching an Australian business that is based in Australia.
They must have the desired product/flavour/size in stock.
The product must not be on sale/clearance.
We don’t match bundles with free items.
We don’t match member discounts.
We don’t match shipping prices, so please allow for these costs when comparing.

Due to some ingredients within pre-workouts, aminos, and fat burners, different temperatures can cause them to harden. The product is generally still fine to use, and the ingredients aren’t affected. It will normally dissolve down as it should when you mix it with water. All you need to do is break a piece off, or whiz it up in a blender to get it back to powder form. However if it does not dissolve properly when you mix it, or you’re unable to break it apart to try it out, please contact us with a photo of the hardened product, along with your order number, so we can sort something out for you.

Shipping
Shipping for orders over $99 is FREE! Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $9.95. We only ship within Australia.
Most customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days as long as you use a payment method with instant clearance like Credit Card, Paypal or AfterPay and your products are in stock.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to know where your package is.
Please allow at least 7 business days before reporting a missing parcel.
If you believe your parcel can be safely left in the event you are not home, you can give the instruction to leave your item at your place Authority to Leave (ATL). This means Vitamin King will accept no responsibility for item marked ‘ATL’ and will consider the item left as instructed.
Australia Post will leave your parcel somewhere safe if no one is present to accept the delivery. If there’s no safe place to leave, Australia Post will leave a card as they normally would so you can pick up at the post office. If you are not going to be home, we recommend that you provide your work address for delivery.
Our other couriers will leave your parcel somewhere safe and take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely to your location. Our couriers do not require a signature to leave your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions before ordering. Vitamin King cannot be held responsible if an Authority to Leave is given and the parcel goes missing after its delivery.
If your parcel has not been delivered in the expected timeframe ( maximum 7 days), please contact our Customer Service superstars on 1 300 633 362. We will help track down your order as soon as possible.
If you receive the wrong item or your parcel has been damaged in some way or there are any other issues with your order that you are not happy, please contact our Customer Service superstars on 1 300 633 362. or via email We are happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns
To make sure you are happy with your purchase we offer a 60 Day Product Guarantee and a 30 Day Flavour and Performance Guarantee. You will need a receipt or your rewards card to get a refund or exchange.
You sure can! If you change your mind or aren’t happy with your recent purchase, you can return your UNOPENED PRODUCT within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. If you have purchased in-store you can simply take your product to our team with your receipt or rewards card for a refund or store credit. If you bought it online, please contact our Customer Service superstars on 1300 633 362 or email us with your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. We will then provide you with our return address details so you can send it back to us for a refund.
