What’s your return policy?
To make sure you are happy with your purchase we offer a 60 Day Product Guarantee and a 30 Day Flavour and Performance Guarantee. You will need a receipt or your rewards card to get a refund.
60 Day Product Guarantee
If for some reason you change your mind about the product that you have purchased or simply aren’t happy about it for any reason, you can return your UNOPENED PRODUCT within 60 days of purchase. If you have purchased in-store you can simply take your product to our in-store team with your receipt or rewards card for a refund or store credit. If you bought it online, please contact our Customer Service superstar on 1300 633 362 or email us with your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. *Just remember you will need your receipt or rewards card.
30 Day Flavour and Performance Guarantee
Did you purchase a product but aren’t happy with the taste or performance? Then simply return your opened product with 5 scoops or less used to any store or our online warehouse. We are more than happy to exchange or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Just remember to bring your receipt or rewards card.
Can I get a refund on a product that I’m not happy with?
You sure can! If you change your mind or aren’t happy with your recent purchase, you can return your UNOPENED PRODUCT within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. If you have purchased in-store you can simply take your product to our team with your receipt or rewards card for a refund or store credit. If you bought it online, please contact our Customer Service superstar on 1300 633 362 or email us with your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. We will then provide you with our return address details so you can send it back to us for a refund.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the taste or performance of my recent purchase?
No, but we will happily exchange or apply store credit. However, you have to remember to bring your receipt or rewards card for the refund and the purchase has to be within 30 days of the return date.
How can I request a refund?
To begin the process for any type of refund, please contact our Customer Service team on 1 300 633 362 or email us with your full name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.
I haven’t received a refund yet, what should I do?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Some bank companies will release the money within 24 - 72 hours depending on the provider. If you have done it all of this and still haven’t received a refund, please contact our Customer Service team on 1 300 633 362. We are happy to help you.

- Books with obvious signs of use
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
