What happens when I make an order?
First, you’ll receive an initial email confirmation when your order has been submitted. Once the payment is cleared and dispatched information is available, our team will then email you an order tracking number.
How much does shipping cost to my address?
We deliver anywhere in Australia, and for any size order under $99, a flat rate of $9.95 is charged. If you order more than $99 in total, you will have the option of Free Delivery!
When will my products arrive?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed, prior dispatch. If an item mentions "Ships in 5-10 days" on the add to cart button and on the cart page then your order may be delayed as we must source the item from our supplier.
Most customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days as long as you use a payment method with instant clearance like Credit Card, Paypal or AfterPay and all itmes in your order are in stock & ready to ship. If your address is in a remote area delivery may take a little longer. Bulky items (parcels under 5kg in cubic weight) may take longer.

What happens if I’m not home when my order comes?
Australian Post will leave your parcel somewhere safe if no one is present to accept the delivery. If there’s no safe place to leave, Australian Post will leave a card as they normally would so you can pick up at the post office. If you are not going to be home, we recommend that you provide your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours.
The courier will leave your parcel somewhere safe and take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely to your location. Our couriers do not require a signature to leave your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions before ordering. Vitamin King cannot be held responsible if an Authority to Leave is given and the parcel goes missing after its delivery.
How do I track my order from Vitamin King?
Vitamin King will ship your order with Australian Post, Fastway Couriers or Startrack. Our team will choose the courier based on which company can get your order to you the fastest.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
