Pau d'arco also known as Lapacho or Taheebo, grows mainly in Brazil and Argentina. The Incas and native tribes of South America traditionally used Pau d'arco inner bark externally as a poultice or decoction for treating skin conditions due to its profound anti-fungal, anti-microbial and astringent activity that provided an antagonistic environment for fungal proliferation.
NSP has developed Pau d'arco Lotion, a soothing, easy to apply topical lotion combining Pau d'arco bark extract, Aloe vera gel and Grape seed oil. This unique combination has been formulated for convenient cosmetic application.
Ingredients: Tabebuia heptaphylla (Pau d'arco) inner bark extract Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower seed oil) Helianthus annus (Sunflower seed oil) Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera juice)
Directions: Apply to skin as required.
