VITAMIN KING is committed to the protection of personal privacy. Our commitment to privacy is demonstrated by our adhering to the 13 Australian Privacy Principles as part of the Privacy Amendment Act 2012 (Enhancing Privacy Protection from those in the Privacy Act 1988) which took effect March 12, 2014.
The personal information we collect is for the administration of providing our customers with our goods and services and to enhance and develop our relationship with customers. The information we collect typically consists of contact details, payment details and products purchased.
VITAMIN KING will only collect information that is relevant and necessary and will collect the information in an unobtrusive manner. The information will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected without customer notification. If we do this we require these parties to protect your information the same way we do. The Internet is not a secure environment. If customers send us information, including their email address, via the internet, it is sent at their own risk.
The Company has privacy information relating to the collection of customer data as displayed on the company website. All employees must be familiar with, and abide by this policy.
Customers have a right to access the personal information we hold about them. Customers are encouraged to please contact us to ask for access to their information or if they have a complaint concerning the privacy of their information.
