Bitter Melon (Momordicacharantia) is a fruit commonly found in tropical and sub-tropical climates. It is among the most bitter of all vegetables. Each capsule contains 500mg bitter melon extract, equivalent to 5g fresh bitter melon.

Bitter Melon contains a substance called charantin - a peptide. Bitter Melon also contains lectins - non-digestible sugar-binding proteins which reduce the amount of sugar absorbed by the digestive system.

Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels (in conjunction with a healthy, calorie-controlled diet).
