Not as dry as regular bread, Protein Bread has a beautiful naturally wholesome taste which is best enjoyed toasted with your favourite toppings. The perfect way to start your day!

To prepare one Protein Bread Loaf, you will need:

• 1 ¾ cups of water (440 ml)
• 2 whole extra large eggs or 100 ml egg whites
• 1 tablespoon of white vinegar (20 ml)

Prepare
Preheat a fan forced oven to 180°C and line a small loaf tin with baking paper.

Mix
Empty contents of this pack into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together water, eggs and vinegar. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and gently fold until just combined.

Pour
Pour the mixture into your lined loaf tin. Use a spatula to ensure no mixture is wasted. Spread out the mixture and sprinkle with your favourite seeds.

Bake
Place on the top shelf of pre-heated oven and bake for 30 minutes, then rotate tin and bake for 30 minutes more. After baking, remove from tin and place on cooling rack for 2 hours.

Chill & Slice
For best results refrigerate your loaf overnight before slicing with a sharp serrated bread knife.

Storage
Bread must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days or the freezer (-18°C) in sandwich bags for up to 3 months.

Orders placed before 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.

Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent via road freight which means that the estimated delivery time will be longer than orders sent via air freight.

If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct bank deposit or Paypal Echeque may take some time to clear. To get your supplements in the shortest time possible, use Paypal's Instant Payment or a credit card.
